Randy Burke

Founder & CEO, DCS Global

Randy has devoted his career to improving commercial cleaning strategy and practice. Following senior executive roles with international janitorial contractors, he went “beyond the bid,” delving into all the aspects of a complex industry. Having championed integrated facilities management and day cleaning conversion, he was one of the first to identify the importance of cleaning for health.

Patrick Fearon

Vice President, Operations

Having achieved senior roles at two leaders in the cleaning and facility services industry over 25 years, Patrick knows exactly what it takes to effectively support the healthcare, building services, education, and remote camps sectors. Starting his career as Operations Manager for the Greater Toronto Area, he worked his way up to Executive Vice President of Global Excellence at the largest cleaning company in Canada before joining DCS Global in 2020.

André Ladouceur

Vice President, Support Services

Bilingual and based in Ottawa, Canada’s capital, André’s track record as a service-oriented business professional spans both sides of the commercial cleaning business, as well as retail. Prior to joining DCS Global, he led a regional cleaning services team responsible for 50 major contracts, a portfolio that included Loblaws, Home Depot, and Metro. André has also managed business development for a Tim Hortons franchise group with over 40 locations and, most recently, directed commercial operations for St-Albert Cheese.

Steve Malcolmson

Senior Consultant, DCS Global

His combined operations and sales expertise have supported Steve in building a formidable network widely respected by his facility management and cleaning industry peers. He has dedicated 35 years to fostering high-level North American client and partner relationships right across the corporate, commercial, aviation, education, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Steve is a true pro at leveraging standardization and benchmarking to create tailored, yet widely applicable facility management solutions.

David Whelan

Consultant, DCS Global

Prior to DCS Global, David spent decades as a property/ facility manager for Public Services & Procurement Canada hands-on in locations ranging from Regina and Yellowknife to Winnipeg and Ottawa, followed by a similar role with the University of Alberta. His scope included budgeting, project management, maintenance inspections, tendering, contract implementation, and health & safety.  He and his teams have earned international, national, and regional awards from BOMA Canada and BOMA International.

Kyle Hunter

Marketing Associate, DCS Global

A graduate of Western University’s Business Management program, Kyle initially joined DCS Global advisors in 2020 as a Marketing Intern.

Now a full-time Associate, Kyle supports client acquisition, social media, and digital initiatives.

Raelene Prokopishin

Office Manager, DCS Global

Raelene honed her administration and logistics skills during eight years at STARS Air Ambulance as Volunteer Coordinator, Store Merchandise Manager, and Donations Processing.

She also worked in Husky Energy’s offices before joining DCS Global.

Zorina Dalchand

Administrative Assistant, DCS Global

Zorina’s work ethic and attention to detail are backed by a 4.0 GPA in SAIT’s Business Administration and Management certificate program.

She brings over a decade of varied customer service and administrative roles to her work at DCS Global.
