Randy Burke
Founder & CEO, DCS Global
Randy Burke has devoted his career to improving commercial cleaning strategy and practice. Following senior executive roles with international janitorial contractors, he went “beyond the bid,” delving into all the aspects of a complex industry. Having championed integrated facilities management and day cleaning conversion, he was one of the first to identify the importance of cleaning for health.

Neil Lathangue
President, DCS Global
Mr. Lathangue manages the day-to-day administration of the Company, and is an integral part of the leadership team in strategic planning, business development, sales and client relationships, operations support and continuous improvement of the DCS value proposition.
Neil was previously CEO and Partner of Zoono Services Inc., an international company engaging in the research, development and sale of a range of antimicrobial products. He also served as President and Partner of TBM Service Group and has more than 15 years as a respected and award-winning leader in the Environmental Cleaning and Infection Control Industry (ECIC).
Previously, he co-founded and led GDI, one of North America’s largest facilities services companies, and was Chief Commercial Officer of ICS, supporting many of Canada’s largest real estate asset managers, property managers and landlords. He also co-founded Desiderata Capital LLP and held senior executive positions at Waste Solutions Canada, Sierra Alpha Facility Services and Omni Facility Services.
Mr. Lathangue holds a bachelor’s degree from Brock University, a certificate from the Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Program at Cornell University and a certificate in Strategic Leadership from Western University.

Patrick Fearon
Vice President, Operations
Having achieved senior roles at two leaders in the cleaning and facility services industry over 25 years, Patrick Fearon knows exactly what it takes to effectively support the healthcare, building services, education, and remote camps sectors. Starting his career as Operations Manager for the Greater Toronto Area, he worked his way up to Executive Vice President of Global Excellence at the largest cleaning company in Canada before joining DCS Global in 2020.

Kyle Hunter
Manager, Sales & Marketing
A graduate of Western University’s Business Management program, Kyle initially joined DCS Global in 2020 as a Marketing Intern. After completing the internship program, Kyle joined DCS as a full-time Associate. Recently promoted to Manager of Sales and Marketing, Kyle supports DCS by managing all digital and traditional marketing efforts, assisting with business strategy, and also driving new business in his newly appointed sales role.

Bill Schleeter
Vice President, USA
Bill Schleeter is a seasoned janitorial services management professional with 27 years of varied expertise. Throughout his career Bill has honed his skills in contracting, managing, and coaching independent janitorial companies to achieve optimal results. With his deep understanding of the industry, he has successfully navigated the complex U.S. facility management landscape, ensuring clients receive the highest quality service. Bill’s combination of extensive multi-site, multi-location experience and commitment to excellence make him a trusted authority in the janitorial services sector.

Frank Pillar
Consultant, DCS Global
Frank Piller is a 40-year veteran of the cleaning and building maintenance industry, across healthcare, education, and consulting services. Frank holds an EFP certification with APPA and has completed the APPA Institute for Facilities Management program. As an experienced Manager of Estimating and Engineering, he has successfully executed workload estimating, workforce deployment planning, and program development for contracts across Canada. Frank’s notable achievements include implementing janitorial programs for landmarks like the World Trade Center and the Wrigley Building. His dedication to ongoing industry leaning and his role as an instructor at a Toronto college underscore Frank’s commitment to excellence in janitorial consulting.

Raelene Prokopishin
Office Manager, DCS Global
Raelene honed her administration and logistics skills during eight years at STARS Air Ambulance as Volunteer Coordinator, Store Merchandise Manager, and Donations Processing.
She also worked in Husky Energy’s offices before joining DCS Global.

Zorina Dalchand

Zorina’s work ethic and attention to detail are backed by a 4.0 GPA in SAIT’s Business Administration and Management certificate program.
